Project Overview

The idea for the redesign of the Movimiento y Vida website was born in early May 2024, with the goal of modernizing the clinic's digital presence and improving the user experience.

In collaboration with the Movimiento y Vida team, a modern and minimalist website was designed that reflects the essence of the clinic and provides essential information about physiotherapy and rehabilitation services.

The website content was structured using Astro, a modern and efficient framework that allows the creation of static and dynamic websites in an optimized, simple, and fast way.

Tailwind CSS was chosen as the main design framework for the project, as it offers a wide range of utilities and customizable components that facilitate the creation of modern and attractive user interfaces.

For the icons and font theme, FontAwesome and Fontsource were chosen respectively, as they offer a wide variety of options and styles that perfectly fit the minimalist and modern design of the website.

The palette of colors used in the design was carefully selected by the client to identify the clinic's brand and create a harmonious and attractive visual identity.

TakeAways

Working on this project allowed me to improve my Astro skills and learn more about the Tailwind CSS framework, as well as the integration of FontAwesome and Fontsource for icons and fonts.

The collaboration with the Movimiento y Vida team was enriching and allowed me to understand the needs and expectations of the client, as well as the importance of creating a website that reflects the essence and values of the clinic.

The project also reinforced the importance of good communication and collaboration with the client to achieve a successful result that meets their expectations and needs.
